Prescriptions issued are valid for the purposes of dispensing through our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. You must not share, sell, or transfer prescription medications to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your card will be charged upon submission of your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
We do not store your full card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or controlled items where required.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, contact us promptly via our website or by email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and regulatory reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly.
